Mr. Box, Let's be clear: Nobody is "losing their head" and nobody is suing anybody. First of all, you aren't worth suing, and secondly I don't have the foggiest idea of what you are talking about?? What would I possibly sue you for... repeatedly insulting me on an Internet chatboard??? And who in the world is "we"??? Are there two of you now?? This is craziness. I don't even know where to start?? Look, I don't know what your issue is or why you have chosen to stalk me like this, and I really don't care. It just needs to stop. The emails, the false accusations you post on these boards, the threats... It all needs to stop, period. End of discussion. How many times do I have to ask you to stop this nonsense? I'm not worth this much time and effort I assure you. And if you ever threaten me again or my family, I will be calling the police. I am not kidding. -Lance

not suggesting that you have done anything wrong and really dont know what's going on between you two ( and dont care) but i will say that making a threat against another person on the internet is NOT a good idea. i had a guy make a threat against me on one these SI threads about 8 years ago. among other things he said he would show up at my door. i gathered the posts and contacted our local sheriff. i told them i wanted a written complaint filed against the guy. now -- i should probably tell you that he was on the opposite of the continent. nevertheless. i made it clear to the sheriff that i wanted a written complaint filed because --- i explained to them -- if i call you in the future and he is lying dead in my doorway i want evidence of the threat and his harassment. sheriff took me seriously and went so far as to call the other party and speak with them.... and then follow up with me. the guy who made the threat -- well, he apologized online, said he learned his lesson, and would never make such threats to ANYBODY online. just sayin' peace
