Butcher in the village gives me a big smile whenever I walk in. They sell great fish and eggs, too. The day manager gave me some free spare ribs yesterday. I'm definitely supporting somebody's economy. Oddly enough, the hormone free, grass fed prime rib is no more expensive than the crap from the local megastores. But oh so much more tasty. I don't care about the calories,but I sure do about flavor. That's the secret to not putting crap in your mouth. Have a scrumptious alternative. Makes dieting fun. CD
