I guess there are different definitions of less desireable stuff. Some will be torn down because of poor construction or location but most will end up being the best investment made this downturn.. Ironic McMannis calls me the elitist..lol

These places in FL are going to continue to grow just not sure about run poorly constructed shacks in many of Detroit's worst hoods or desolate locations in the SW desert also without jobs or water..
