looks like day traders are backing out.

We have to wait for the VALUE of this deal to know if the gamble will pay off. Don't get flustered if the stock price dips down to 2cents today. The sellers may very well kick themselves later.

Came across CVIA this morning. Nice jump, good volume. Can someone post some history and why the price decline over the last 6 months?

All the press releases looked positive except the one about the re-organization and Jack Arnold taking over. What was the reason for all this? Was is a "friendly" re-org or was the previous management forced out?

If this is documented in prior post, just let me know. I got no problem going back and reading, however, I'm sure lots of new lurkers might also appreciate the info.

Brad, the fee you mentioned - $19.75 - does it apply to penny stocks as well? My brokerage, Discover(Lombard) charges $19.95 for limit orders, and $14.95 for market orders. But with pennies, the fees are much higher. I pay $50-200 for my CVIA transactions (ouch!).

Brad:
I use NDB also. However, the fee for online trading
is only 14.75, as long as it is not listed.
