Technically I think TXN is an buy/accumulate.

If I were buying for the long term, I'd probably do it now and just ignore it for a year or so.

If I were trading, I'd be accumulating.
It looks cheap here, but you still might get a chance to pick it up cheaper.

I'm buying long term because of the fundamental story. I think DSPs are where it's at and TXN is going into that market in a big way.

They obviously think that xDSL is the place to be too, which makes them even more attractive.
Sure, fiber is a better answer IMO, but how soon do you think we'll see the Telcos replacing copper with fiber?

They'll get the last dime's worth of value outta the copper and that means xDSL.

Technically it looks like TXN passed the test by making a Hammer at $90. If you get a chance at that price, I'd say BUY big. Anywhere between $90-$95 looks like a good price.

TXN is one of my core holdings so I don't tend to trade it. I just continue accumulating whenever it looks cheap. I was a buyer at $96 (support level.)

That said, I'll feel better when it gets back up above it's 200DMA (about $101-102) for a few days
