Sure, fiber is a better answer IMO, but how soon do you think we'll see the Telcos replacing copper with fiber?

I live in New York City and supposedly Starting in January RCN Telecom Services, Inc. will be starting to run fiber right into your apartment and offer local/long distance/cable TV/internet access.
