Matthew,

Stock plunges because this is a bad deal for Westell. They gave away Amati technology. Apparently they do not have an exclusive right to the TI chips. TI can sell to others. What a deal!

WSTL lower than AMTX. WSTL plunging because of the threat of another offer for AMTX which would shunt WSTL from DMT since they have terminated their agreement with AMTX and only have an agreement with TI for DMT IF and only IF TI acquires AMTX.
