ratan,

My thoughts exactly. The game is not over until the fat lady sings.

Possibilities:
-A bid for Amati/Westell and TI rising bid for Amati.
-A bid for Westell/Amati together and TI raising Westell's payment for giving up Amati.
-A bid for Westell only with TI/Amati together.
-Dec. 23th and every thing goes as announced.
...???

Ratan:

Why Amati/TI would want to shut an outlet for DMT which is what Westell is (either through the payment of royalties or any other agreement)?

ratan-

we already had an agreement to use the C6 if needed. plus the payoff is form AMTX, not TI. it is paid regardless of who buys AMTX.

good luck to all,
trey

Talk about frustrating. First WSTL buys AMTX. Stock plunges. Now WSTL sells AMTX at profit. Stock takes off and then plunges. Just can't win either way. People can look at any type of news with pessimism.
