'We'd be in a global depression worse than the Great Depression right now' But the 'good news' would have been much lower gas and food prices. And yes every other RE market would have corrected as much as yours and mine did by now.. Plus perma bears like TH and friends on our favorite board would be richer than Buffet with the DOW at 2k and their offspring would have a real shot like Joe Kennedy's kids at one day being president of the USA..Oh "It's a Wonderful Life"<g>
