Seems like the only way to make the required changes will be thru this mechanism: "The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, *or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States*, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, " Article 5 Need to figure out how to channel that "Occupy" energy into a movement for Constitutional reform. I think the total gridlock situation facing Congress, to the detriment of the well being of the country forces the populace to resort to self help. The rules have to be changed.
