You're probably right, the Hall of Shame shouldn't be algorithmically determined....it would probably suffice just to have a list of people who have had their posting privileges suspended (and as ScatterShot suggested, we could provide the reason for each). Now that you have me thinking in a different (more subjective) direction, perhaps we should make the Hall of Fame more of a ceremonial induction process. A new inductee every month or so to honor the best and brightest of SI, whether they are still active, deceased, or missing in action. A subject would be created for people to submit nominations.
