Insider Trading:

Confirmed on COMTEX today was a sale of 28,333
shares by VP Michael Hendren for $676,450, which
translates to 23 7/8 per share. The trade occurred
on November 10, 1997.

This, I don't understand:

1. Why didn't he sell more back at 37?

2. Maybe he got hit with a margin call on his other holdings?

He cannot have sold if he possessed material non-public information, which puts off any final acquisition deal, if one was/is in the works, until at least that date.
