LOL so true... who needs a building with ceiling to floor glass windows all around, a huge parking lot, and big long service bays with hydraulic lifts and 20 foot ceilings? it's like what happened to the old retail strip centers when malls opened down the street. thing is that people still want to see, touch, drive any car before they buy it. ebay gets around that and amazon does too with their high end stuff. imo, it has to start at the factory, or a regional lot with the ability to deliver any and every combination of options, and, with some ability to deliver the car that a customer wants within a day or two....
