I tend to agree with that, but the initial reaction in gold will be to follow the market. That is the trouble when a great many liquidity monkeys are in, "our" gold trade and have absolutely no understanding that it is a trade driven by fundamentals.

It's not all bad, as those liquidity monkeys help us get through resistance and reach new highs, but they are monkeys and will run like monkeys when the bear scares the markets.

I do expect that gold will rebound first and probably quick. Miners? I have no idea. They have been a mystery for more than a year and half now.
