John,

I spoke with Scott. He tells me that he loaned the company $150,000 and got 500,000 shares as collateral. He said Morgan wouldn't return his phone calls about getting repaid, and when the stock started running, he was told by Morgan that he could sell some of the collateral shares.

He also said that he had a problem later because Morgan had reported the certificates stolen.

But it looks as though he did manage to sell 200,000 and the certificate did clear the transfer agent.

I can't tell you the status of the other 300,000. It's probably included in the company's 144 numbers.

You can take this FWIW. I make no claims as to it's accuracy. But this is what he told me.

Thanks for the Mayer update. At some point, those who are telling the truth need to step forward, come clean, and tell the whole story. A lot of this stuff just doesn't make sense and its getting frustrating.

Even the little, insignificant details (like why tonto couldn't find the Oklahoma Institute of Technologies that Morgan went to) are puzzling.

In what time frame did Scott sell these shares? Was that after the reverse split or after the August run up ?
