Of course they do. I was referring to most Americans and politicians. Especially Obama.

Out of curiosity, how does one reactivate a unit once deactivated? What remains of it to be reactivated? I imagine its history, weapons, infrastructure and so forth--everything but the personnel. What are the advantages of reactivating versus starting an entirely new unit? A major one, I would think, would be presenting the new recruits a standard to strive for.
