Terry - do go ahead and drop in - ask about their CEO replacement strategy, marketing strategy, earnings projections, relationship with LGE - the worst they can say is nothing (which is what they are saying right now) - so there is no downside risk - also, find out timetable for shareholders meeting - see my next post for proxy proposal -

To all - I propose that we give Bob Utne our collective proxy vote for next shareholders meeting - I will start it off with my 2,000 shares - every share counts - There is no doubt that bob is the most technically knowledgeable amound us and has certainly demostrated his command of the situation to all of us - If we can get him a few 100,000 votes, maybe he can get our concerns at least on the table - One of those concerns is the LGE relationship and the long term integrity of a publicly held ZE - Who else is next with? Lets get aggresive here!

Terry, Great idea..Might be worthwhile first to set up some appointments with a few of the key players versus dropping by. Bill Luehrs is the key to Zenith's set-top box and cable modem programs and Bill Simms is the head marketing guy. I especially like talking with Jim Simley in Public Affairs. He certainly won't disclose any trade secrets but is a very helpful contact. I'm looking forward to meeting with the Zenith crew in Las Vegas at the CES.
