Sylvestor, you've gone to far. That post is especially asinine, even for you. Calling a man like Steve Jobs a piece of shit is stupid, immature, and rude. Of course, I never really expect anything better than that from you, but you just reminded me of what a complete waste of any intelligent person's time your posts are.

I'm completely through with you and this idiotic thread where stupidity is the order of the day, facts are twisted and bent into unrecognizable nonsense, and where people who actually know what they're talking about are ridiculed.

I'm sorry you have such low self esteem that you have to put other people down in order to feel good about yourself.

I'll come back to collect on our bet after Apple reports earnings in January. In the meantime, I'll put you on ignore.

TTFN.

Walt Disney did peyote & mescaline to enhance his creativity and FRANCIS CRICK the Nobel Prize-winning father of modern genetics was under the influence of LSD when he had that eureka moment the double-helix structure of DNA nearly 50 years ago .... (and George Bush snorted coccaine & was an alcoholic but who cares really , plenty of drunks in politics that led this nation down )

That Job's did LSD is common knowledge but wouldn't allow that to detract from him one jot or iota as a great product developer or as the new avante garde Corporate leader . The business world was littered with alcoholics and Wall Street & hedge funds saw more coccaine snorted back then that prolly would pay off one half of the TARP debt now .
(just ask Jim Cramer who did more than his fair share )

Its really a stupid thing to bring up especially if your worried about "junkies & drugs: it would be more a priority to worry a little more about meth, alcohol & ciggarettes if you were being sincere about concern of drug use . That Steve was a genius , hardly , thats being a little overboard but certainly will be remembered in a good light no matter how you want to judge .

But he was no Gordon Moore , Andy Grove , Robert Noyce of InTel..or Irwin Jacobs of Qualcomm or Edwin Land, the mind that started Polaroid that was one of Job's inspiration.
