Donald, I have also been convinced we are in a deflationary environment, and a glance at the Far East stock market, as I write, I see a sea of red ink everywhere except Japan. S.Korea and Malaysia are taking another big hit 5% and 7% respectively. They tell us we are in a one-world economy, it is just a matter of time before the Dow will similarly be affected. Wealth is disapearing rapidly. So far the BIG board has stood firm. It seems illogical to expect important economies crumbling without impacting the NYSE.

Unless there is a dramatic drop in NY or US dollar devaluation, I cannot see anything positive for gold.

There should be some hot air emanating from Vancouver the next couple of days all right.

Phil

re:" So what is good in Deflation Cash?"

Yes, cash & fixed income paper are king, all other assets tend to go down IMO.
