I think the argument about deflating the dollar is more logical then anything else. It has gotten to strong for the world, and since the US can afford to take it on the shin, it may soon talk down the dollar.

Housing starts were up again after an 8% increase the previous month and T-bond rate dropped, my question is if money supply is dropping in Asia who's buying the bonds sold by central banks under pressure? If U.S. Treasury is cranking up the printing press to buy them back as suggested by a previous post how would we confirm this? If M2 or M3 is being expanded at an 8% annual would there not be some uptick over the past month or so?
