Honestly- I don't really care. I mean I want single payer, but I don't think this country is ready for it. We are a nation of megaweenies, and I don't see how a president can change that. This country is full of fat, stupid people. They don't have to be that way, but until they change, I don't see us living in the semi-socialist haven I'd like to live in. In fact, I'm not sure I even want to pay for fat stupid folks who don't get that sucking down social security, government pensions and medicare ARE welfare. I don't mind welfare, but it annoys me to pay it to cranky liver spotted libertarian/wing nut freakazoids who don't even understand they are on welfare. I want my charity cases to know they are charity cases.

The most important thing to me is my family being comfortable. Obama really hasn't screwed with that- and he's done some things that make life better (imo). We all have to do our own calculus. Using mine, Obama is a hell of a lot better than some knee jerk republican ready to hop like a puppet to the right wing freaks party line social agenda.
