[Greener pastures]

<<< I sold my last options today and am off to greener pastures--ORCKIT?>>>

I'll exercise my options and diversify over time. Not sure about Orckit. I still don't like the fact they haven't licensed and if TI and Siemens combine their strengths -- as they've been doing all along --- and if Cisco gets a solution, as I have no doubt they will, and if Alcatel continues to pursue the market as they've done since day one, where does that put a non-standard supplier like ORCTF?

BTW, anyone who hasn't licensed before now will have a whole new game with TI. If they're a chip house, they'll be dealing with a direct competitor. It was Amati who promised to license on a fair and equitable basis. Is TI bound by the same constrictions?

I don't know the way home, but I figure if I take one step at a time, I'll get there.

Cheers!

Pat

[re: greener pastures]

That's where I parked my money. AWRE vs. ORCTF was no brainer. I am really interested in their VDSL future and how trials are going with DT in Germany.
