Well, today I learned yet another way to loose money on options. My Apr 20 calls closed Tuesday at 1.50 with the stock at about 15. Today with the stock up 4.50, the calls were offered at 1/4! I bought another bunch on the assumption that if the deal falls apart or a higher bidder appears, the option will appreciate either way. Perhaps a great deal.
Meanwhile the stock is worth $20/share, no more, no less, until some deeper pockets appear. Watch for the stock to trade over 20. If that happens, you can indeed look forward to more excitement.

Geez, there's been one helluva lot of posts here in the past few hours. All these fine people bidding farewells to one another and I'm at work -I guess I'll be keeping my 'day' job (damn hoops get hot!)

I feel like it's the senior class party and I'm missing it. I'm relatively new to SI and AMTX compared to many of you(about 6 months) but have had more joy, more ups and downs and strangely, a greater sense of a community of kindred spirits than I've experienced in years -I suppose that's a pathetic statement on myself or perhaps the times we live in but then again -perhaps not.

There are many very talented, educated and yes even gifted people that post here and to one and all, I THANK YOU, you have enlightened me.

I suppose I'm the eternal malcontent but I'm hanging on to mine. So to those of you who are bailing for greener pastures, I wish you the best of luck and hope to find you on some other pie in the sky SI thread. AS FOR YOU PAT, like most of the others here; I'll FOLLOW YOU ANYWHERE So PLEASE E-mail me and let me Know where your going and when you want to meet for a morning cappucino -(heck, I think I owe you a dinner or two).

All the best to all of you!!!!
