embracing the logic head on

but koan, what do we do?

not vote
vote for obama
vote for a republican

i've never not voted, but for the first time, it has crossed my mind. democrats look aghast when i mention this option but i respond in my mental conversation with myself by facing the fact that obama does not deserve my vote, he is an empty suit.

then i argue to myself that if i don't participate, i am de facto supporting mitt or perry or, godforbid, cain. i could not consciously support any republican, because they are all also bought, but so is obama. i don't think it matters who is elected, because they all work for someone besides us.

so what to do this next election? and does it even matter?
