'Once you learn how to learn, school becomes a piece of cake for most. Jews, Danes, fins, Swedes and the Japanese educate their entire society. We can do the same.' I guess if the safe two parent Mayberry world of white picket fences of the 1950's still existed along with a high desire to learn and be educated it could happen. But I see too much of the country falling more and more into a constant underachieving cycle of poverty and destruction be it the Latino barrios, the ghettos of most any city with a large black population and rural mostly white America that you don't see with the other groups you mentioned.
