That's OK, we just have it figured differently. We "liberals" insist on social security, medicare and affordable education and we are going to the people now in a populaist movement. The polls are on our side, so we just need to make the case.

Ron Paul would also get rid of the Department of education. Some states like Texas and Mississippi just refuse to pay for good education and that hurts our society. So the Department of Education.

Read up on your history as to what life was like before social security and medicare. SS is good for 26 years right now and lift the cap and it is good for 75.So what is the big deal there?

You OK with letting the aged suffer?

90% of the old lived in poverty before social security. And the old without medicare or medical insurance live as cripples if they need a hip or knee replacement.

He never envisioned a system that allowed people to retire at 65 or 67 and then get payments for the next 20 years.

How do you know? Besides, let any politician touch SS and see the reaction from the young and old alike. The SS and Medicare system needs to be managed well. We can't take the money out of it and use it to fight wars since it is like taking dollar bills and just burning it.

There is not a problem with social security, universal health care and free education we cannot solve.

Especially when one looks at how much money we have pissed away on stupid wars and an unfair tax system bent toward the rich. If we had put those trillions toward those programs and organized a better system without it being gamed by the sociopathic corporations we could do it easy.

The corporations pit infinite amounts of money into hiring the best minds in the world to outsmart us and bend the social and economic system to their will.

We need a strong government to challenge the organized very rich and powerful plutocrats. Individuals cannot do it!

Liberals dems can do it.
