Hey folks: ..you want to vote "FOR" on Item 3, otherwise you're up the creek. Oops, sometimes I get a wee bit carried away. If you're a proactive shareholder and you do actually vote your proxy and you want RACE to go ahead with the financing (if you're long, you do) then check the box entitled "FOR" for Item 3. If you just sign and date the thing and send it in your vote will be counted as a "FOR" as well. (Just as Johnny may have said or unsaid at this point) Don't want to be accused of messing with RACE's proxy voting. A shareholder meeting gadfly, I ain't.
