they do make fake fins for soup, and very good stuff, mostly to be served to pop culture westerners they themselves can tell the difference (i am not sure i ever deliberately partake in fake fin soup so am not first-person acquainted with the state of the art) and only serve each other the real fin soup per requirement of civilization next topic could be froi gras or caviar, more likely, than snails or squid, also good stuff
