Fiscally conservative is the Laffer Curve. You may want to follow Galbraith and Samuelson. The latter was one of my Profs. I went with Friedman.

I can live with all that IF we also end welfare as we know for good this time and the nanny state for all healthy adults.. To me only kids, the elderly and the sick deserve a safety net along with the old unemployment term limits. Gut the military and end the stupid wars probably the biggest socialized for profit scam going far surpassing the oil cartel and WS mafia..
