As for your little comment about my sympathies (or not) for the Occupy Wall Street crowd, I have not the slightest idea why you dropped that into the conversation. Well, actually, I guess I do. But it's a very cheap shot.

I don't take cheap shots John. And surely I don't like to subject posters on this thread and other threads to "cheap shots". But if you had asked me to explain that remark some more, I surely and gladly would have gladly done so. Anyway, since you commented as such, I think the onus is on me to explain that some more.

The purpose of my "dropping" the 99% is that these folks are tired of scoundrels and swindlers, politicians and their types doing stuff that does no good for the country and then taking refuge behind the due process of the law, which I believe is what you are saying about this person who couldn't keep his job in a Blue state. It is about time that we at least support those who say "Guilty until proven innocent." And in my view of the forest from t he trees says that OWS is saying so. They are definitely not vying for political power at this moment. They are saying things just the way it is.
