I fully agree, and guess what happened to me this morning... I wanted to book a reservation at one of the Hilton hotels for a couple of nights since I'm going to travel early December to visit some family... I phoned the hotel to book the reservation, I ended up at a call center in the Philippines... I looked up the direct phone number to the hotel in the city I plan on visiting, the hotel reservation desk told me they're not able to book any reservations at that location, that I must call a different number for reservations... the number they gave me was the same number in the Philippines... . I told the clerk the person couldn't speak English, the clerk then insisted that they must speak perfect English and that it's a requirement... I told the hotel clerk I don't need to get an argument with her but she's sorely misled and poorly misrepresented, I told the clerk at the desk I don't like the way they're handling my reservations, that I will now book at another hotel, which I did.. I now I know first hand where all our jobs have gone...
