Teachers blame society/parents and society blames teachers. Just another of those issues that is ripe for a man of vision and leadership otherwise nothing will change. Why do Finnish schools do so good? They spend little money on education (comparatively), kids don't have homework, kids don't start school until they are seven and they are for the most part latch-key children.
