I spoke to Jimmy Connel this morning briefly (said he had a call from Dow Jones on the other line). He said: - 12MM outstanding shares (except as noted in the last item below) - Float is 4MM - There are no Reg. S shares. - In addition to the above, the company issued about 3MM of restricted shares about a month ago in the Universal Commerce deal (I haven't seen any news item mentioning Universal Commerce - how about anyone else). If certain targets are met, then they will issue another 3MM. Jim
