Let me suggest another inhibitor to PSINet's immediate acquisition:

Because the RBOCs are precluded from providing inter-LATA services, they are barred from owning ISP facilities. Today, I believe the RBOCs simply brand an ISP service and lease facilities from Gridnet, GTE, etc.

If you believe that it is only a matter of time before the RBOCs can enter the LD market (many have petitioned in recent months wthout success), one of them will jump on a PSINet in order to catch up to MCI, Sprint, GTE and ATT.

Yo Curtis, read about your PSIX buy. As you may recall I had been thinking about it as well, and thought that if one wanted to roll the dice, the odds seemed better with PSIX than ICGX/NETC.

Been watching on the sidelines. I've got more open positions underwater right now than I normally should. As I unload, I'll be thinking about picking up some PSIX shares...

Under 7 - it's a screaming buy.
