JP, first off thanks,and aIl can do is give you the way I see it. My father bot his first house in 1953 for 27k. 3br 2 ba it is a bungalow type house of the era. In 2005 it supposedly sold for $550k. There are many other examples along similar lines, baseball salaries, business buyouts, and even movie tickets that show. how inflation has affected our lives The Fed's mandate of price stability can only be quantified as a success in the fact we still use dollars, outside of that the demise of a great country is still in progress and believe what you see not what your told.
