Bill: As long as RACE does things to buy time I'm a happy short. FWIW, one of the interesting things about RACE doing the financing is that we're going to be looking at quite a few SEC filings over the next month and a half. Next up related to this deal will be an S-3 (the registration statement). That is supposed to be filed by 12/12 at the latest. A few weeks after that we'll be seeing an S-3A, most likely just after the first of the year. Finally RACE is supposed to have a 424B (an effective registration) done by 1/29. All of these filings will have language as to where they stand from a business standpoint as of the date they submit the documents. By the time the S3-A gets filed we should have a very good idea how the 4th quarter is going/went. drakes353
