I agree with you I was disappointed in the last press release nothing new. I find it hard to really know how the products are selling. I think I would wait to try to get a better handle on sales. If someone lives in the states it is being sold may be usefil to try to talk to a manager or sales person about sales.

John:

I have a report by H.L Montgomery & Co. (Small Cap Research Update)

You can get a copy by calling Aqua 1. It looks pretty good! They are PROJECTING income of $857,000 in 1998, which puts them out of the red and into the black!! They also project income of 2,541,000 in 1999, and doubling again in 2,000. You should call and get a copy for yourself!
The co. is extremely friendly and more than happy to put you on their mailing list.

I must admit to wanting to sell out real bad in the past few months, but I think I'll hang in for another year or so! Besides, I'd loose too much if I sold now anyway! Good luck, --John

Hi John,
I'm a little surprised at your statement "lack of news." There has been a steady stream of news over the last year, from sales of product in Walmart stores to the more recent launch in Target stores. You might want to ask them for a copy of their latest report, which I believe David and John K. also received, dated October 23, 1997. It shows the company cutting costs and increasing sales distribution. Also, as John said, the Montgomery report is available. It's an independent report which goes out to analysts who pay a fee to receive it. After awhile, it becomes available to the general public.
The company is expecting to be in the black this next year, and to go onto the Nasdaq. They will also be taking the approach that the price of the stock counts, something they've been lax on. (My biggest beef). They are developing new products, which might go into stores in January.
Another important thing to consider: the company is in good shape financially.
I think we shareholders who got in at these prices are going to be very happy we did so, whether we bought a little or a lot! Some might want to buy now and sell when it doubles, but for myself I still see it as a long-term hold, since I'm looking for it to go up quite substantially over the next two years. This is not a stretch. The management is solid, the products so far are excellent (and hence I'm led to believe new ones will also be), and they are just now focusing on getting the word out to a larger audience of investors.
I'm really excited by what they're doing... but we all understand it takes time to make an omelette.
Ron
