Anyone--what effect on US dumping rules if the ASIA currency continues to slide . Korea may go down another 20 % so does it lower the Bar so that MU can't play its trump card .

As stated earlier today.
This could cause a change in the SUPPY=DEMAND equation.
All existing fabs must run, even if return is not positive.
Simple economics.

BUT FUTURE increases in capacity could be cut down.

sridhar, this would be something of a cocnern to me. i deem it unlikely, but, fundamental shifts often spring from unsuspected places.

why would korea or anybody else stop producing dram and let billion dollar investments sit idle?

appreciate your paradigm.
