Hi Frank, Tahnks for the update. One of the news items James Holton said was going to be released was a clarification of the status of the Atlanta restaurant. I guess we'll know what's in that news item. The question is how's business there ? Sounds like you had a fun weekend (paid for by your business ?). Can you tell us if the the MMs are accumulating, dumping or something in between ? I guess if you're still holding, that's good enough for the next day or 2. Regards, Chris

HI Frank, Richard, and Harold, Well, today was the 5th consecutive day with the bid at 1/16. This given the dibenture holders the right to convert at 80% of 1/16 ! My understanding is they short to bring the price down, so they can get the best conversion price. But don't they have to cover ? Or do they cover by buying the stock they just converted ? What do you guys see possibly happening ? Yes I know a thousand witty answers come to mind. try to resist your urges to post them <VBG>. Regards, Chris
