Dave. Thanks for your work. I believe that as Bob Sturgeon said there has been a decided recent flight to quality (first bonds and then large caps). This may continue briefly until the large cap bargains are seemingly gone; and then, assuming the Market has the usual uptrend thru December, investors will quickly jump back into small caps. The POWs, being sound, could then benefit very nicely. If world or economic events erase the Santa effect, all bets on small caps are off. Esteban. I may have missed a post or two.
