Mike - I agree with you that stocks with secondaries surged up just after but I was pointing out that they did come down to earth after a while. I was just trying to define an exit strategy although I am very long on the compnay. BTW the stock seems to be moving up - b28 3/8 A 28.5

Mike W.: Judging by what I'm seeing in volume, I believe the secondary is not included. I've e-mailed my contact at invester relations at the company. Will post if I receive and answer. Funny, you should mention the PC Week awards. I was looking forward to that as well but no meniton of SNDK. However, you are correct in that the awards are aimed towards consumer product - i.e. a digital camera as opposed to a CF for the camera. Hopefully, investors have digested the 3 mil. new shares and the company can move up from current price. Mike G.
