I think Newt has the same problem you point out in Pelosi. He has made a cottage industry of selling access to himself.

I like you 2 proposals and would support them.

I disagree with corporate personhood. A person can be thrown in jail and deprived of their freedom to participate. No such sanction is available for a corporation. The only sanctions are financial ones, which by the way they are doing everything in their power to put caps on those. It is pathetic the state of affairs as regards accountability of corporations for any harm they may have caused others. I would hope that considering your stand that the OWS not infringe on the rights of others that you might consider the same restriction for corporations, that they be held accountable if they have harmed someone. But the right's approach is to put up roadblocks in the way of the little guy having access to legal recourse.
