Jan: I'm not following you about the "investors have been quietly trying to cover their short positions" thing. Based on the details of the deal as we know them at the moment there was no reason for them to short it going in. I think something was said in the conference call to the effect that the leftover converts from the last go 'round would soon be converted. It's possible that some of the recent weakness was caused by someone blowing out the 100,000 or so of common that would have been related to that. If that's what is was it will be mentioned in the upcoming S-3. drakes353
