Hi Pat, It was little ole me who wondered about Seimans. They have the cash and I'm sure they would love to throw in a stock swap if they could. Hey they still have Amati as big as life on their home page! Lucent is stumping me too, and thought of not reading your read on this thread every chance I get, will be missed! You have made owning this stock fun, just wish they made us more money! As for Westell....I'm hanging in there. I like txn too for the long haul and will cont. to buy on dips! Take care, jacK
