Drakes: "initiate shorts should be just over the strike price for the new warrants ($6.435)"

Only if one expects the downside to be greater than the upside potential
and the same goes for the converts. If they see this thing heading towards $9
sometime in the future they won't be touching it.

Market is forward looking as you well know, the risk for shorting here at this level based purely on the strike price of the new warrants makes certain assumptions regarding sales which could be hazardous. I know you have little faith in short squeezes, and RACE is no RMBS, but a few well timed sales releases could blow your strategy out of the water. bp
