Do you support Newt Gingrich's stance on granting legal status to some longtime illegal immigrants?

I would have to read more of the fine print, but it's not a bad compromise.

These people would get a "red card", or something like it and become legal. That is NOT citizenship, nor the right to vote. JUST LEGAL. That means taxes and accountability and documentation.

After 25 years or so, I think they have melted into society, and are not going back, and nobody could or would ever send them back anyway.

Pro = 65.8% --- Con = 34.24%

...equals 100.04% LOL. Gee, which group did they round? LOL.

Regardless, I see they neglected to include my category again. Here, let me help...

Pro = 65.8% --- Con = 34.24% --- Deport now! Shoot those who resist! = 00.01%

Yes, the smallest percentage has the best ideas as usual! -g-

Seriously, Cage, there is no way I can vote for Gingrich or any candidate who provides aid and comfort to illegal aliens at the expense of U.S. citizens. Gingrich's plan is another compromise meant to round up a few Mestizo votes. As far as I'm concerned, Gingrich is another sellout and traitor, like Perry.

See, this is what we've been reduced to; accepting anything or anyone who is better than Hussein. How sad for our nation, my friend.

one of the things i would most like to see is someone who could tear osambo to shreds in the debates, about things that matter, and Gingrich may be that person among the rest of the current field. someone who could do the same and be more tea party-esque may be better, but it's not a perfect world, lol
