I wouldn’t count on it.<< Aware there's no such provision & not counting on it, but disagree that a whole new agreement would be needed. Amendments to such agreements happen all the time. I could see some sort of compromise here, and if it turns out Sanofi's AG really has been suspended, I would think Momenta management would consider initiating such a negotiation. Cheers, Tuck
