Stockman,

Is that why a Pentium 166 MMX sells for the same price as a 486GX? And provides much more functionality/performance than the obsolete 486GX internet appliance?

Pentium 166 MMX based system costs $200 more, or 25% more in Compaq based systems.

If you are saying that MediaGX is a 486, you are only demonstrating that either your memory is not serving you well, or that you refuse to accept reality.

If it's the former, you can search through my posts to you. In one of them I explained the similarities between Pentium and MediaGX.

If it's the latter, then I guess there is no point in continuing the discussion.

Or perhaps you can explain what you mean (if you can). Your last attempt to explain something (AGP) was pathetic.
