Spending is the problem. Taxing the wealthy is a scapegoat procedure that will little change the debt, but may have substantial downward economic results.

Taxing the rich is a diversion and distraction from the failed policies of the administration.

If anyone wants to pay more they are free to write a check to the treasury. 47% of Americans pay nothing because of the Bush tax cut. It was 25% before the tax cut. I don't want to tax the poor but I don't think 47% of Americans are poor. I hope Cooperman is just the first of many business leader to call Obama to task on his class warfare. I find it as disgusting as racism.

The real problem is spending. You can tax the rich all you want but even they don't have enough money to cover Obama's reckless level of spending.

What is their fair share? How did you determine that? What is the fair share of someone making $50,000?
Thanks
