If you look at a chart depicting the deficit as a percentage of GDP, it was under Reagan that it began to grow again after declining from WW II to Carter. Under Reagan, it was when the homeless population started to grow. It was under Reagan that the rich began to get much richer faster. It was under Reagan infrastructure spending began to decline..

The GOP's biggest hero has been America's downfall.
